email and also include a copy in the sample package.

- Shipping coverage is $30 for every 20 reactions or each 96-well plate.
- Maximum shipping coverage is $90 for all orders.

- Sample pick up at the Bethesda NIH campus
|
Current clients at the Bethesda NIH campus have the pleasure of having their samples picked up by our personal courier. The company courier visits the campus every weekday from 2-4 PM, given a scheduled pick up appointment received by noon.
To schedule a pickup, call the office at 301-251-1007 or send an email to customer@macrogenusa.com before noon.

- Drop off samples at our facility before 5:00 pm to
get your results back next morning.

Drop box can be found behind the receptionist desk in the main lobby of MTDC building.
Main door will be closed at 5:00 PM. Please call us at the office for direction at 301-251-1007.

- Sequencing results are readily made available between
12 to 24 hours of receiving DNA samples and
primers.
- Primer synthesis service will take 2-3 business days.
- Plasmid purification and sequencing service will take
2-3 business days from the time sample arrival
notice sent to the result
delivery. |

Upon receiving sequencing results, invoices will be administered.
Arrange proper payment documentation and information before the due
date.
As for payment, you can choose one of the following three
options:
1. Payment by credit card:
Email or fax your credit card information (16
digits of credit card number, expiration date, and name
on the card). At this time we only accept Visa and MasterCard.
2. Payment by check:
